2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 307, 325, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner assaulted on head of informant by means of iron rod.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Doctor has found the head injuries sustained by informant to be simple in nature. Charge-sheet has already been submitted and petitioner is in custody since 29.09.2024. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, nature of injuries allegedly caused by this petitioner, period of custody and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant bail of to the petitioner is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 384 of 2023.
