Learned counsel for the petitioner after some argument seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file petition for payment of remaining compensation amount as well as for compliance of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No.23984 of 2013 before the appropriate authority. Mr. Subhash Chandra Mishra, S.C. 16 submits that he is not in-charge of the case.

In view of the prayer made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file petition before the Land Acquisition Authority for payment of the remaining amount of compensation with admissible interest thereof.
