NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 13-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna.
Petitioner retired from the post of Teacher from Bahuarva Primary School, East Champaran, Motihari in February, 1995 and has claimed his pensionary benefits and fixation of pension in the revised pay scale. A representation has been filed by the petitioner on 22.04.2018 which is Annexure-2 but it has been submitted that nothing has been paid in pursuance to the said representation.
Patna High Court CWJC No.13883 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 Considering the nature of prayer made by the petitioner, let the respondent no. 6, District Education Officer (Establishment) now District Programme Officer (Establishment), East Champaran, Motihari look into the grievance of the petitioner and if such representation is not available in the office of the respondent no. 6, a fresh representation may be called for by the respondent no. 6 from the petitioner and the said representation be disposed of within a period of three months. Any admissible dues be paid to the petitioner one month thereafter.
