2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a), 44 ( b ) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2018 .

3 . As per prosecution case , 10 liters country made liquor was recovered from road side .

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

6. Considering the facts of the case , in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today , let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge , Excise Court No. 2- Cum- Additional District & Sessions Judge Rohtas at Ssasaram in connection with Sasaram ( M ) Police Station Case No. 323 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS 2023 .
