2. This application has been filed for issuing a direction upon the respondent authorities to conduct fair and impartial investigation of Harnaut (Chero) P.S. Case No.108 of 2024, dated 03.03.2024 instituted for the offence under sections 302, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. For the reliefs sought by the petitioner in the present application, petitioner may move before the concerned Court in view of the law laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu vs. State of Uttar Pradesh reported in (2008) 2 SCC 409.
