2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Ashok Paper Mill P.S.Case no. 12 of 2024 registered under sections 307, 341, 323, 324, 325, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. At the outset, learned counsel for the informant points out that by the earlier order 25.10.2024 (Annexure-1) passed in Cr. Misc. no.51763 of 2024 the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after completing one year in custody or on framing of charge, whichever is later.
4. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3603 of 2025(2) dt.15-02-2025 2/2 seeks permission to withdraw this application to renew his prayer for bail in accordance with the liberty granted in the earlier order of rejection dated 25.10.2024.
