2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 316(2), 338, 336(3), 317(5), 341(1),3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. Petitioner is owner of the truck which was seized by police with 30 tons stolen onion. At the relevant time, number plate of the truck had also been changed.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the allegation of recovery of stolen onion from the truck of which petitioner is owner, prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4936 of 2025(4) dt.21-03-2025 2/2 bail of the petitioner is rejected.
