2. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103 (1) and 3 (5) of BNS and 27 of Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R. on 07.07.2025 , this petitioner fired upon brother of informant, as a result of which, he sustained firearms injury and died during treatment.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, materials available on record and gravity of offence , prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioners are in custody since 08.07.2025 , learned Trial Court is directed to
