Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dhoraiya P.S.Case No. 93 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of assault to the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44982 of 2018 (3) dt.09-08-2018 2/2 daughter of petitioner No.1 was married with son of the informant and a case under Section 498A IPC has been lodged by petitioner No.1 and just to save his skin, the present case has been filed and injuries are simple in nature.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Dhoraiya P.S.Case No. 93 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
