PANCHOLI) 25-03-2025 Mr. Shantanu Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant submits that, in the present case, the appellant has been convicted for committing the offence punishable under Sections- 341, 379, 307 and 506 of I.P.C. and 27(1) of the Arms Act and he has been sentenced to suffer S.I. for 10 years. Hence, as per the Patna High Court Rules, appeal is required to be filed as Cr. Appeal (S.J.). However, through oversight the same has been filed as Cr. Appeal (D.B.).

2. Learned counsel, therefore, urged he may be permitted to convert the present appeal to Cr. Appeal (S.J.). Learned counsel submits that he will make necessary correction during the course of the day.
