Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Naresh Chauhan died on 07.06.2019 allegedly due to assault committed against him by the FIR named accused including the petitioners.

Submission is that there is no eye witness of the occurrence of assault. Co-accused-Jamuni Devi @ Jamani Devi has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc. No.68630 of 2019. Petitioners are in custody

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83241 of 2019(2) dt.07-01-2020 2/2 since 02.09.2019. They have got no criminal antecedent. Considering the material aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Manpur Police Station Case No.110 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
