2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act. 3 . Prosecution case is that 15 liters of illicit wine was recovered from the house farm of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has been made accused in this case only on suspicion . Petitioner is in custody since 30.10.202024 . Chargesheet has already been submitted. 5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application .
