Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of dacoity is against unknown. During investigation, name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Dinesh Choudhary thereafter, the petitioner was remanded from some other case on 04.05.2018.

Submission is that nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on TI Parade.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45496 of 2018 (2) dt.02-08-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kutumba Police Station Case No. 71 of 2014, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner as well as condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
