2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 717 of 2025 registered for offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the owner of the vehicle bearing Registration No. UP-65-BT-5024, from which 1334.52 liters of illicit liquor was seized. The petitioner has one criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the huge from the vehicle of the petitioner, this court is of the considered opinion that the petitioner does not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail in the present case.

5. The application for anticipatory bail is, accordingly, rejected.

6. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail failing which the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas will take all steps for the arrest of the petitioner in accordance with law.

7. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
