====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 22-01-2025 Heard Learned Counsel for the petitioner and Learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Case No.447 of 2024 arising out of Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 380 of 2023 lodged on 11.07.2023, for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B) & 328 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 24.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48854 of 2024 with liberty granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail three months after framing of charge. Counsel further submits vide Annexure-3, it become clear that charge has already been

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1719 of 2025(2) dt.22-01-2025 2/2 framed on 14.08.2024 and thereafter, three months have already been lapsed. Counsel submits that criminal antecedent of the petitioner is clean he is in custody since 09.02.2024.

4. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. In the present facts and circumstances of this case, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District & Sessions Judge-IV, Araria in connection with Sessions Case No.447 of 2024 arising out of Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 380 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down U/s 437(3) Cr.P.C.
