2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 ( 2 ), 329 (3) , 115 ( 2 ), 117 ( 2 ) , . 303 ( 2 ), 308 ( 2 ), 352, 351 ( 2 ) and 3(5) of BNS.

3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , petitioner assaulted informant on the head of informant with Tangi due to which he sustained injury . Allegation is general and omnibus. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . Case and counter case .

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

5 . Considering the nature of injury , case and counter

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9958 of 2025(4) dt.16-07-2025 2/2 case and circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM Gopalganj in connection with Sidhwalia P.S. case No. 234 of 2024 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of BNSS 2023 .
