This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Complaint Case No. 1381C of 2018,disclosing offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
A report has been received from the learned Mediator, DLSA, West Champaran, from which it transpires that no amicable settlement could be reached between the parties. It, however, transpires that it is a matrimonial dispute between the petitioners and the Opposite party No.2, which led to lodging of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82533 of 2019(8) dt.24-02-2021 2/2 a complaint case.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.
