It appears that this application has been filed for quashing of the F.I.R. lodged in connection with Sahar P. S. Case No. 224 of 2019, G.R. No. 3988 of 2019, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 376 of IPC and Section 66(E) of Information Technology Act.

Heard learned APP and perused the record.

From perusal of the F.I.R., it appears that there are allegations against the petitioner in the F.I.R. and it is not a case that which F.I.R., even if accepted as true, no offence is made out or allegations are so absurd that no prudent person can ever

No.86342 of 2019(3) dt.08-01-2020 2/2 reach a just conclusion that there is sufficient ground for proceeding against accused or proceeding is manifestly attended with mala fide or proceeding is maliciously instituted to wreck vengeance or personal grudge or it is expressly barred by any provision of the Code or concerned Act.
