The petitioner's selection as Angan Bari Sevika has been cancelled alleging that she has participated in the selection process on the basis of a certificate issued by the Hindi Vidyapeeth, Deoghar which, on verification, has been found by the District Programme Officer to be fake.

Petitioner's counsel submits that the petitioner would be availing the remedy against the order of the District Programme Officer before the District Magistrate and relying

Patna High Court CWJC No.343 of 2020(4) dt.15-07-2022 2/2 upon the caste certificate that she has produced, she will try to convince the District Magistrate to set aside the order of the District Programme Officer.

Recording the submission to this effect, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate.
