Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 504(C) of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to keep the complainant with full honour and dignity and he is ready to pay Rs. 2500/- per month to the complainant for her maintenance. A supplementary affidavit to that effect has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, which is at Flag-S.
