Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 107 of 2018 for the offences registered under Sections 343, 365, 366(A) and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against petitioner is of refusing to marry the daughter of informant after promising to marry her. Petitioner denies any such promise or any type of relation with daughter of informant. The whole story as stated in F.I.R. is concocted and improbable.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case

Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, let petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana, Dhaka, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 107 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (S. Kumar, J) Rajiv/manoj U T
