2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 142 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 498A/302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have killed the deceased by poisoning.

4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 17.05.2024. He further submits that during investigation it has come that the deceased had taken celphos. He further submits that there is no external injury on

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. From the materials available on record, it appears to be a case of suicide.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 142 of 2022.

9. The application stands allowed.
