JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 18-08-2018 The view taken by learned Single Judge in the impugned order that the petitioner has adequate statutory remedy under Section 18 of the SARFAESI Act before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal against the order dated 15.11.2017 passed by the Presiding Officer, Debts Recovery Tribunal in S.A. No.125 of 2017 is not in dispute.

In that view of the matter, it cannot be said that the learned Single Judge has committed any error which calls for

Patna High Court LPA No.1007 of 2018 dt.18-08-2018 2/2 interference by this Court in exercise of the appellate jurisdiction. We are in complete agreement with the view taken by the learned Single Judge.

Under the circumstances, the present Letters Patent Appeal is dismissed.
