ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 16-06-2025 The present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of the admission with the consent of both the counsels. The petitioner is directed to ventilate his grievance before the concerned authority, i.e, Respondent No. 3, Sub-Divisional Officer, Mahua, Vaishali, by way of representation and on such representation being filed, the Respondent No. 3 is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner. That in case the contention made by the petitioner is found to be true, the authority shall take necessary steps for correction of the Epos machine. In case the authority finds that the entries in the Epos machine are wrong they shall rectify the same and resume the supply to the petitioner. In case the authority come to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.382 of 2025(2) dt.16-06-2025 2/2 conclusion that the entries in the Epos machine are correct they shall give reasons for rejection of the claim of the petitioner. The authority shall duly take into consideration the report from the SFC Godown before passing the order. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
2. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
