2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No. 644/ 2024 dated 30.07.2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 109, 303, 129, 118 and 127 of the BNS and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Heard both the sides and perused the FIR.

4. In the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the averments made in the petition and mainly petitioners' the pleas that the complaint was filed by the O.P.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2399 of 2025(2) dt.12-02-2025 2/2 No.2 seven days after the commission of the alleged occurrence and the allegation as to causing injuries on the head and chest of the complainant by the petitioners by inflicting iron rod blow does not get corroboration from the injury report of the complainant and also coupled with the fair and clean antecedent of the petitioners, this court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, let the petitioners named-above, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No. 644/ 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
