2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 316 (1), 318(4), 115(2), 126(2), 76, 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is of outraging the modesty of the daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case by the informant. From perusal of the FIR, it appears that the allegation regarding transaction of money is leveled against co-accused Sakila and Ruksana. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. As per para 3 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88251 of 2025(2) dt.05-01-2026 2/2 the bail application, petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail application.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it appears that there is dispute regarding money transaction, which is civil in nature, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 939 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
