JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-09-2018 From the pleadings on record, it appears that the daughter of the petitioner is pursuing certain course in The Bombay Flying Club's College of Aviation in Mumbai. Her admission is based on her qualification of having passed Intermediate Examination held by the Bihar School Examination Board. The Institution, where the petitioner's daughter is pursuing her course, had sought for verification of testimonials from the Bihar School Examination Board. The petitioner, it is stated, has been compelled to approach this Court as the necessary verification report was not coming from the Bihar School Examination Board.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15291 of 2018(3) dt.18-09-2018 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar School Examination Board has produced before me a copy of the letter dated 07.09.2018, issued by the Joint Secretary (Vigilance) of the Board, addressed to The Bombay Flying Club's College of Aviation, which is verification report of the petitioner's daughter's mark-sheet of Intermediate Examination. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Board is correct in his submission that with the issuance of the said letter dated 07.09.2018, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Let a photo copy of the said letter be furnished to learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner in course of the day.
