The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.21 of 2019 arising out of Uchakagaon P.S.Case No.117 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per FIR, petitioner is said to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that statement of the girl, which has been recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. before the learned Magistrate disclosed completely changed story as she has stated that she had gone on her own sweet-will and married with the petitioner and she disclosed her age as 18 years. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned IInd Addl. Sessions Judge, Gopalganj in connection with Sessions Trial No.21 of 2019 arising out of Uchakagaon P.S.Case No.117 of 2018. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
