In the present case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Udawant Nagar P.S. Case No. 333 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120 B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. During argument, counsel for the petitioner submits that trial of this case is going on and three witnesses have already been examined and they have not supported the prosecution case, but looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
