The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 154 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, only there is allegation against the petitioner but no injury is available on record to support the allegation. Earlier this Court has been pleased to call for injury report in this case but no injury report has been received as yet. The petitioner
