This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Nawada P.S. Case No. 309 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 448, 323, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the seriousness of the offence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail, in view of Supreme Court's decision in case of Jai Parkash Singh Vs. State of Bihar and Another reported in (2012) 4 SCC 379.

Accordingly, this application is rejected.

However, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today, if so advised. If they do so, their prayer for regular bail shall be
