The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Special Case No. 72 of 2016, arising out of Patna Economic Offence P. S. Case No. 13 of 2016, dated 23.09.2016, instituted for the offences under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(c), 25 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
