JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Karahgar P.S. Case No. 181 of 2014, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

It is alleged that informant was married with the petitioner on 17.07.2010. For non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, all the accused persons including this petitioner subjected her to all sorts of torture and lastly, ousted her from

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. Petitioner is ready to keep her wife (informant) with full dignity and hounour. Petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioner is ready to keep her wife with full dignity and honour, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Karahgar P.S. Case No. 181 of 2014, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the court and shall remain physically present as directed by the Court and in the event of failure on two consecutive dates without sufficient reasons, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled by the court below.

(ii) If the petitioner tampers with the evidence or the
