Petitioner filed this writ petition for re-evaluation of her copies but learned counsel for the Bihar School Examination Board submits that there is no provision for re-evaluation of the copy of examinees of Diploma in Elementary Education (Open Distance Learning) Examination.

Having considered the fact that since there is no provision for re-evaluation of the copy of the examinees, who appeared at the Diploma in Elementary Education (Open
