2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act and 27 of Arms Act. 3 . As per the prosecution case , 3564 litres of illicit liquor was recovered from the spot.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery . Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature .

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail

6. Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Excise Court - 1 , Sitamarhi in connection with Suppi P. S. Case No. 92 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure . (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
