The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 201 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 366A of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners, who are of clean antecedent, are innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioners happen to be father and mother of the co-accused Rahul Kumar. As a matter of fact, there was love affairs between the son of the petitioners and daughter of the informant and they willing performed marriage and also living together. These petitioners have no

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the even of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing their personal bond to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Gaya in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 201 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
