The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sessions Trial No.329 of 2019 arising out of Mohammadpur P.S.Case No.50 of 2019 pending in the Court of Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Gopalganj registered for the offences punishable under section 302 of the IPC.

As per prosecution case, the petitioner pierced the iron rod in the chest of the husband of the informant which crossed the body and later on the husband of the informant during treatment died.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no eye witness of the alleged occurrence. He has falsely been implicated in this case. He is inc custody since

In view of the submissions as made above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
