JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-09-2018 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 25.06.2018 passed in CWJC No. 11639 of 2017 to the extent that the father's name of the petitioner has been recorded as Arjun Kumar Pathak instead of Arun Kumar Pathak and the name of post office has been recorded as Bhalsuri instead of Bhaluahi.

It appears that the said mistake with regard to the father's name and post office of the petitioner perpetuated in the order dated 25.06.2018, since the same was wrongly mentioned in the writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary corrections in the main petition. The order dated 25.06.2018 passed in CWJC No. 11639 of 2017 is modified to the extent that in the cause title of the order father's name of the petitioner be read as Arun Kumar

Patna High Court MJC No.2800 of 2018(2) dt.12-09-2018 2/2 Pathak and name of post office be read as Bhaluahi. This application is accordingly disposed of.
