2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 10 of 2024 instituted under Sections 307, 34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other co-accused have intercepted the victim and fired. The victim got injured.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. In my opinion, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail, this application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) kiran/- U T
