The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 367 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 35 litres of illicit liquor and the petitioner is stated to be standing at the place of occurrence whereupon he was arrested. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he is having a clean antecedent. Case No. 367 of 2019.
