The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.297 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 329(2), 115(2), 118(1), 126(2), 352, 351(2), 109 of the B.N.S., 2023 and under sections 27 and 30 of the Arms Act. 3.

The petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the victims.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and no specific allegation has been made against him. He further submits that the petitioner is 76 years old.

Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail.

From the F.I.R., it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. 7.

Considering the aforesaid facts and also the age of the petitioner, this application is allowed. 8.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., VI, Vaishali at Hajipur / concerned Court below, in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.297 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS / 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
