JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-12-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sanjhauli P. S. Case No. 128 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per F.I.R. petitioner and several other named accused persons came at the shop of the informant variously armed, attacked his shop and made indiscriminate firing. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegation is general in nature. There is case and counter case between the parties. Considering the same, two of the accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 11.12.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 81415 of 2019. Moreover, he has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Bikramganj, in connection with Sanjhauli P.
