2. The present petition has been preferred for restoration of MJC No. 377 of 2020 which was dismissed for

Patna High Court MJC No.64 of 2025(3) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 non-prosecution on 04.10.2024.

3. For the reason assigned in paragraphs 3 and 4, the MJC No. 64 of 2025 is allowed subject to payment of Rs.500/- with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
