JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Lakshmi Kant Sharma, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, having clean antecedent, which fact has been stated in paragraph-3 of the petition, has prayed for grant of bail in Barachatti (Mohanpur ) P.S. Case No.272 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been apprehended on an accusation of recovery of one country-made pistol and he is in custody since 20.04.2018. Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent of the petitioner as well as period of custody, let the petitioner, namely, Vinesh Yadav @ Binesh Yadav be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two
