The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 409 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has not submitted any forged document for the purpose of obtaining illegal gain in any manner but he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 21.10.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

No.85966 of 2019(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Govindganj (Malahi) P.S.
