2. Though, the matter has been listed under the heading "For Orders (On Office Notes)" with regard to the defects but the Court finds that the relief claimed is against the rejection of nomination paper of the petitioner for contesting the PACS election.

3. As the election has already been held and results

Patna High Court CWJC No.965 of 2020(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 declared, the Court finds that the present writ application has become infructuous.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to move before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law, under the changed circumstances.
