JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 25-08-2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ashutosh Ranjan Pandey, learned counsel representing Nagar Parishad Daudnagar are present. Mr. Abbas Haider, learned SC-6 appears for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed this Court that the petitioner has received the cheque which was lying in the office of the Nagar Parishad. She has also been assured that whatever other amount will be found payable to her will be made available shortly. It is submitted that the writ application may be disposed of giving a direction to the respondent to make payment of all the admitted dues within a reasonable period and at the same

Patna High Court CWJC No.319 of 2020(5) dt.25-08-2020 2/2 time if the petitioner has got any other and further lawful claim she may do so within a reasonable period which should be considered by the respondent authorities.

Learned counsel for the Executive Officer, Daudnagar, Aurangabad has made a statement that in case any other and further lawful claim of the petitioner remains the same will be considered.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, the writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities of Nagar Parishad, Daudnagar to pay the admitted dues of the petitioner and in case the petitioner submits any representation disclosing further lawful claims the same should be considered and be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation. On consideration of the representation if any payment is found due to the petitioner the same should be paid within next 30 days. It would, however, be incumbent upon the petitioner to file such representation within eight weeks from today.
