The petitioners seek bail in Sonpur P.S. Case No. 335 of 2013 registered under Sections 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner Suchit Hazra is said to have assaulted on the head of the husband of the informant by means of rod while petitioner Raj Kishore is said to have taken away Rs. 2,000/- from the pocket of the injured.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. The petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. There is a case and counter case between the parties. Though the

No.53162 of 2018(3) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 petitioner Suchit Hazra is said to have assaulted on the head of the husband of the informant by means of road, but the doctor has not found any head injury on the person of the victim. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They have been languishing in custody since 09.07.2018.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonpur P.S.
