Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 196 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. The present first information report has been lodged after two months of the alleged occurrence without there being any plausible explanation for the delay. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
