2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Andar P.S. Case No. 134/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Section 309(4) of B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, three unknown criminals are said to have committed loot of the motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. Learned counsel further submits that he has thirteen criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 21.06.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88178 of 2025(4) dt.30-03-2026 2/2 has accepted his guilt in his self-inculpatory statement.

6. Considering allegation levelled against the petitioner and the criminal antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
